While many Pilates exercises can be conducted in a “mat” class, a signature of the Pilates method is the specialized apparatus used in Pilates exercises. You can join us for a group mat class, schedule a private session where you'll workout one-on-one with your instructor on Pilates equipment, or join a small group. If you're new to Pilates, it's a good idea to learn the basics of the Pilates workout in a private session. Most students see significant results within 12 weeks!
Private Pilates Session
Work individually with your instructor on a variety of apparatus selected for your needs. Sessions may be scheduled for 30 or 50 minutes.
Semi-Private Pilates Session
You and a partner will work with your instructor on a variety of apparatus. Exercises for each partner may vary based on the individual needs. Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes.
Pilates Mat Class
Join our group sessions for a total body workout using your own body as resistance. Mat classes are walk-in based. We provide it all.. just be ready to move!

SS&C- Strength, Stretch and Control
SS&C is what Pilates is all about. Learn to define what areas of your body need strength, which could use some stretch, and then challenge it all by developing control. We will strengthen form your head to your feet! You will learn to control your body from the inside out. Uniformly developing your body and creating the best posture for you. This class is for everyone!
